All team sessions are combined with some water wisdom or exercises to stimulate creativity

GROUP SESSIONS

Gongs, singing bowls, chimes and monochords are gently played around you, creating space to slow down, relax and come back to yourself.

The power is in the stillness — giving your body and mind time to switch off and rest.

Sessions can take place in the Doonan studio, yurts, community halls, intimate spaces, hotels or your own home.

A deeply relaxing treatment using specially crafted therapeutic singing bowls, placed on and around the body and gently played. Feel the sound and vibration move through you like ripples through water, helping you slow down, release tension and settle into deep rest. A simple, sensory way to reconnect with your body and switch off from the noise.

SOUNDWAVES 1:1 SOUND BATH

Sound Immersion & Sound Massage

A calming one-on-one experience that combines the immersive feel of a sound bath with the gentle vibrational effects of a sound massage. Instruments used: Chimes and light singing bowls, therapy bowls for on body usage, handheld gong, Large grounding gong, monochord (resonance chamber)

This atmospheric experience helps release tension, quiet the mind, and support your overall sense of wellbeing.
